Marinated Garlic


We have found a wonderful traditional Italian family recipe for curing and marinating garlic cloves. Cured in vinegar and marinated in oil and herbs you no longer have a pungent garlic clove but a mild, sweet flavour which is ideal to eat with salad or antipasti.

Ingredients: Garlic, Sunflower Oil, Wine Vinegar, Salt, Mixed Spices, Flavours, Acidity Corrector, Anti-Oxidizer, Ascorbic Acid
